The role:
- Desire for success and motivated to exceed set individual sales targets
- Able to monitor your time effectively
- Mature outlook and high levels of self-motivation
- Strong customer service experience
- The commitment to maintaining high standards in your sales team regarding performance and procedures
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Previous automotive sales experience not essential
